Souhegan River Local Advisory Committee (SoRLAC)
The Souhegan River has protected designation due to its outstanding natural and cultural resources. Under authority of NH RSA 483:8, the Souhegan River Local Advisory Committee (SoRLAC) formed in 2000 to conduct activities such as reviewing development applications along the Corridor and involvement in the Souhegan Watershed Association's water quality program each summer. NRPC has a long history of planning partnership with SoRLAC.
